ThriveLib is built around a new kind of model, one that centers care, accessibility, and sustainability. This means all speakers are paid for their time and expertise, tickets are available on a sliding scale to make the event more accessible, and we’re using tools like HeySummit and Zoom to keep costs low and foster meaningful connections.
We are not affiliated with any organization or institution.
ThriveLib is for anyone who works in libraries, including public, academic, school, or special libraries. It’s designed for library workers at all levels, including frontline staff, middle managers, and leaders.
All registered attendees will have access to session recordings for 30 days after the event. You can catch up or revisit sessions at your own pace.
Yes. All attendees will receive a certificate of completion for each live session attended or recording watched.
This year’s program is curated and by invitation. Future events will include an open call for proposals.
Thanks so much for your interest in attending ThriveLib 2025 as a group! While we love the idea of teams engaging with the content together, we do not currently offer a group viewing option. Each attendee will need to register individually through our platform in order to receive full access and conference benefits.
ThriveLib is intentionally designed to foster individual connection, engagement, and reflection—core values that support the well-being focus of this conference. Each registration helps maintain that experience while supporting our sustainability model.
Why is individual registration required?
We’re unable to provide certificates of attendance or access to recordings unless individual attendance is tracked through our platform. Individual registrations ensure that each participant receives:
Full access to all live sessions
30-day replay access after the event
A certificate of attendance
Free downloadable handouts and tools
Entry into our book giveaway
The ability to participate in chat, Q&A, and the discussion room
They can take a seat from a real attendee.
They may violate the speaker's copyright or licensing.
Speakers and attendees have not consented to their use.
They can discourage engagement and attention.
They store data on third-party servers, risking privacy.
We understand that plans can change. If you are unable to attend ThriveLib 2025, here’s what you need to know:
Cancellations requested on or before August 1, 2025, will receive a full refund, minus a $10 processing fee.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after August 1, 2025.
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another person at no additional cost. Please email us at [email protected] with the new attendee’s information.
All sessions will be recorded and available for 30 days after the event, so if your schedule changes unexpectedly, you’ll still be able to watch sessions on your own time.
We appreciate your understanding and support of this first-of-its-kind event.
We are working to make ThriveLib as accessible as possible. Zoom-generated captions will be enabled, and additional accessibility options are being considered. Please reach out directly if you have additional questions.
